Medical Ultrasound Technologist
Produce images of the human body through medical imaging devices such as ultrasounds and sonographs. These images help define or confirm the diagnosis made by a specialist as well as identify the appropriate treatment for the patient.

Daily tasks
- Greet the patient to put them at ease during the medical examination
- Use, supervise and maintain various ultrasound equipment to obtain images of the human body
- Prepare the examination reports of patients with a cardiac, abdominal, or vascular illness or who are pregnant
- Record, document and archive the images obtained in the patient's medical file
- Advise other health professionals when working as a team
- Control the imaging devices to ensure a clear, quality image during the examination
