Réseau Santé Nouvelle-Écosse, Dalhousie University, Université Sainte-Anne and the Department of Labour and Advanced Education have teamed up to provide activities for students.
Our goal: to introduce students to the healthcare community and health professionals and do some activities.

This virtual workshop was really fun to discover facts about health and the human body!
The Réseau-Santé workshops were very well organized and very relevant to the curriculum. Even though the workshops were virtual, there was a lot of interaction between the students and the facilitator and the quizzes kept the students engaged in the discussion.
I learned a lot about health and the human body during these workshops, it was really very interesting! I highly recommend these presentations to other teachers! Bonus, everything is in French! Congratulations!
Co-operative Education Incentive
The Department of Labour and Advanced Education wants to help businesses and industries hire youth to provide them with work experience. The program is similar to Young Canada Works.

Job Shadowing
Nova Scotia Health gives students the opportunity to observe a healthcare professional performing their daily activities. To participate in the program and meet a healthcare professional, all you have to do is register!
