Daily tasks
- Plan and confirm patients’ medical appointments with physicians
- Greet patients and record their information in their file
- Prepare the documents required for an appointment (insurance, medical document, etc.)
- Complete documents related to insurance and reimbursements for care
- Prepare invoices and other documents required for patients
- Ensure the follow-up and planning of future appointments
